June 6th - 10thThis June Clinician Café will explore how family planning service sites can enhance the patient experience of people in the LGBTQ+ community, address their unique biopsychosocial needs, and provide high-quality sexual and reproductive services with a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. This café offers multiple opportunities for CE (up to 1.75 CNE and CPH).

Tuesday, June 21 at 1pm CTThis Drop In Active Learning Session focuses on an in-depth discussion of tailored public health strategies to address missed opportunities and close disparities gaps for the prevention of congenital syphilis in the family planning setting. Phexxi® Vaginal Contraceptive GelDrop In Active Learning Session (DIALS)
Thursday, June 23 at 12pm CTThis Drop In Active Learning Session joins facilitator Brandi Howard, Ph.D., Head of Medical and Clinical Affairs at Evofem to discuss understanding and supporting client use of the FDA-approved vaginal pH modulator for contraception, Phexxi®. Dr. Howard will provide clinical information and provide an update on research related to future indications (prevention of chlamydia and gonorrhea). She will also discuss interpreting the Phexxi® data and contraception counseling.

Share your research or expertise in topics that pertain to sexual and reproductive health, especially research studies or other initiatives that focus on quality, equity, access, and client-centered care.

NCTCFP is interested in topics that pertain to sexual and reproductive health, especially research studies or other initiatives that focus on quality, equity, access, and client-centered care. NCTCFP is seeking topics that align with the 2022 NRHC conference objectives:
- Describe current scientific evidence and nationally recognized standards of care for basic and complex issues related to sexual and reproductive health and well-being.
- Integrate health care delivery approaches that aim to dismantle systemic racism, improve access to high-quality care, and enhance client-centered and trauma-informed care.
- Discuss current and future Title X priorities and how they relate to the larger public health system
Accepted abstracts will be asked to share a poster and/or present for a breakout session at the 2022 NRHC at the San Francisco Marriot Marquis*.
*Please note that there is no virtual poster hall this year, and accepted authors must attend in-person to present their poster or oral presentation. There will be one free conference registration per accepted abstract.

Strengths-based Strategies for Engaging and Retaining Title X Staff WorkshopThursday, May 19 at 3–4:30pm ET
Staff retention is a long-standing challenge for many Title X agencies, a reality made worse by the pandemic. Join the RHNTC for an interactive workshop introducing participants to strengths-based management, an approach shown to increase staff engagement, retention, and productivity. Participants will learn the evidence for strengths-based management, concrete ways to apply this approach to day-to-day operations, and how to build a supportive organizational climate that increases staff retention while reducing burnout. This workshop is intended for Title X staff in management positions, including program managers, administrators, clinic directors, and HR staff. Individuals will get the most out of this webinar if they either participated in the RHNTC's Building a Supportive Environment for Staff Retention in Family Planning Settings Webinar on April 14, 2022 or watched the recording.
Preventing and Responding to Intimate Partner Violence in Reproductive Health Settings WebinarThursday, June 2 at 3–4pm ET
One in four women experiences intimate partner violence (IPV), and the mental and physical toll of IPV can be long-lasting and multi-generational, and can directly affect a person’s reproductive health. Reproductive health care providers have a unique role in preventing and responding to IPV. Join the RHNTC for a webinar offering family planning providers an opportunity to learn what IPV can look like; how it affects a person’s overall and reproductive health; and how to practice an inclusive approach to assessment and response to ensure more clients experiencing IPV receive the support they need. Patient Satisfaction Survey for a Telehealth Visit As more providers offer telehealth services, it’s important to check in with patients to ensure that they are satisfied with these services and to learn more about their experiences with care. The RHNTC developed a sample patient satisfaction survey that Title X agencies can use to get feedback from patients about how they feel about the services they received during a telehealth visit. The survey is available in English and Spanish.
