Hosted by the Center for Students in Recovery, this session features Kate McBee, a 2017 UT Austin graduate who entered recovery in 2019 and now focuses on recovery-oriented, attachment- and trauma-informed care.

Participants Needed: Pilot a NEW IRB e-Course
Are you new to the IRB process or in need of a refresher? HRPP is piloting a new interactive, self‑paced Introduction to the IRB e‑Course. Designed for students, faculty and staff involved in human subjects research, this course is ideal for anyone looking to build confidence in navigating the IRB process.

Make sure you’ve reviewed ISSS information about Optional Practical Training (OPT). International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) will begin accepting OPT I-20 requests in myIO on Feb. 2, and the first day to submit your application to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is Feb. 9.
