RSVP: Adapting to Student Needs Launch Party |
|
|
All Student Affairs staff members are invited to celebrate the launch of the Student Affairs strategic plan, "Adapting to Student Needs,” on October 25, 2022 from 3-5 p.m. at the Union Patio and Recreation Area.
There will be food, gift bags, mini golf, a photo booth, and more! We hope to see you there!

Indoor Intramural Registration |
Registration for indoor intramural sports is now open until October 18. Sports included are basketball, soccer, and volleyball. Sign up as a team or individual! The season runs from October 24 to November 14.

Student Leadership Summit |
Registration is now open for the Student Leadership Summit, hosted by Student Leadership & Involvement. This year’s Summit will be held at the Alta Peruvian Lodge on Saturday, October 29. Buses will depart at 8 a.m. to Little Cottonwood Canyon and will return at 6 p.m.

Getting vaccinated on campus is quick and easy for all students, staff, and faculty. Community Nursing Services is now hosting vaccine clinics on Thursdays in the Lund Room of the Christensen Center. The new COVID booster bivalent vaccine is available (both Pfizer and Moderna) as well as the flu shot!

Coffee and Conversation: Zine Making Workshop |
Join the WRC for Coffee and Conversation on October 4 from 5 - 6:30 p.m. in the Union Den. They will be talking about the history of zines, why and how they came about, how they can be used as a tool in organizing and activism, and of course, how to make them!

International Food Truck Festival |
The International Food Truck Festival will take place October 4 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Stillwell Field at Fort Douglas. Food will be provided by Taste of Louisiana, Kafé Mamai, Comfort Bowl, and Alpha Coffee.

ASUU is excited to host its annual Redfest, featuring Swae lee on Thursday, Oct. 6 from 6-10:30 p.m.
Expect disruptions on campus Oct. 5-7, primarily around the Union and Campus Store.
