Tuesday Power Ride Cycle Pop-Up Classes

It's a pumping music, sweat-inducing, leg-blasting good time! Build your lower body strength and increase your cardiovascular fitness. You will be motivated and leave feeling energized. Cycling is a great workout for all levels. It's up to you how much power you put into your ride. Sign up at the Service Desk or using the Active app.

Tuesday, 12/24 at 8am: Santa's Strength & Stretch
Kick off your Christmas celebrations with a 45 min HiiT workout that will target your entire body. Finish it with 15 minutes of a relaxing cool down stretch.
Tuesday, 12/24 at 9:15am: Slay Ride Cycle
"Slay" your workout with some leg smashing, heart pumping music as you spin into Christmas Eve.
Tuesday, 12/24 at 9:30am: Yuletide Yoga Stretch
Join us for a special practice to open and fill your heart with gratitude during the holiday season. All levels are welcome.

Strictly Strength: Building strong muscles is the basis to leading a fit and active life. This class utilizes a variety of equipment, as well as body weight exercises, to give you a total body Strength workout. All levels welcome.

Covering all aspects of Balance, Agility and Mobility for a fit and functional life.
Wednesday, 1/1 at 9:30am: Spin into '25
