We arranged for three wineries to host a, welcome to Barrel Tasting, called "Toast the Future".  Each winery poured barrel samples, current vintages and offered tasty appetizers for up to 30 people on Friday night from 5:00-7:00pm.  This was our first year offering this extension of the event weekend.

Once again we offered our successful "Breakfast with the Winemakers". This event took place at one winery each weekend, from 9:30-11:00am, with 3 winemakers enjoying breakfast with 20 guests. This is an open forum Q&A that has been very well received.

We hosted our first meeting with Clark Wolf and a few winery members, so they could begin dialing in their Wine & Food Affair recipe ideas. This first meeting will help us build our recipe list, slowly and methodically, so we do not have 20 of the same soup recipe being offered for the event.  Clark will review each recipe and make sure each winery is putting its best foot forward and showcasing the chef, ingredients, and local products that are being used.
