We hosted our first meeting with Clark Wolf and a few winery members, so they could begin dialing in their Wine & Food Affair recipe ideas. This first meeting will help us build our recipe list, slowly and methodically, so we do not have 20 of the same soup recipe being offered for the event. Clark will review each recipe and make sure each winery is putting its best foot forward and showcasing the chef, ingredients, and local products that are being used.
