Dear Student,
I am writing to provide an important update regarding pre-registration. We want to reiterate our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, confusion, and stress that the change in registration may have caused. We deeply appreciate your patience and flexibility as we worked quickly to identify the issue and implement a solution.
The issue arose from an attempt to enhance system functionality, which unfortunately allowed some students to register before their assigned time. This enhancement has been paused to restore functionality.
Pre-registration will relaunch tomorrow, Thursday, November 13, at 8 a.m. EST.

Juniors, sophomores, and first-years who registered today have been dropped from their courses.
- Seniors who registered today remain enrolled in those courses and can make adjustments tomorrow at their new assigned time.
- All students will have the opportunity to re-register for pre-registration-eligible classes tomorrow at their new assigned time.

Students can review their assigned pre-registration time in SIS under My Enrollment Dates.

Seniors will continue registering for non-pre-registration-eligible classes tomorrow at their scheduled appointment time.
Students who may need assistance during pre-registration tomorrow morning (8–10 a.m. EST) may connect with Registrar staff via Zoom for support.
