Students will choose between one of two tracks—research/methodology and advocacy/policy—and attend community learning lunch sessions and field trips. All MPH, MS, DrPH, and PhD students are eligible, and the interdisciplinary concentration is hosted by Harvard Chan C-CHANGE, the FXB Center for Health and Human Rights, and the Departments of Environmental Health, Global Health and Population, Nutrition, and Biostatistics. The study, “Disparities in Tuberculosis Incidence by Race and Ethnicity Among the U.S.-Born Population in the United States, 2011–2021: An Analysis of National Disease Registry,” shows notable disparities in TB incidence across racial groups.
