Thank you for signing up for the
Get Connected Fair!

Our Website lists your Group's Location and Table # (double check all details on Wednesday morning for any updates):

What to expect:
  • Over 600 students have RSVP'd to attend the Get Connected Fair!
  • A single folding table is provided per Group
  • Do not move the table (they are set in accordance to walk-way needs)
  • The fair is held between 11am and 2pm
  • A sheet of paper on the table will indicate the Table # and the group name
  • Check-in is AT your table (there will be a QR code on the paper for you to check-in so we know you are there)
  • Check-in as early at 10:45am to set-up
  • No power is provided to plug in electronics
  • Music or entertainment must be kept to a respectful volume level for the neighboring tables.
  • Bring your own Camp/Folding Chairs (Chairs are not provided)
  • Bring your own tablecloth, items, etc
  • Nothing may be inserted/pushed into the ground (presence of water pipes)
  • All groups must follow the Mason food giveaway policies and procedures: https://www2.gmu.edu/safe-return-campus/meetings-and-events
  • Due to heat and stinging insects, do not give away ice cream, popsicles, or anything that can melt.
  • There is no Check-Out Procedure. Clean up your items and break down table when you are done

Weather: It looks sunny and warm (between 80-90 degrees)
  • We encourage your members to take shifts at their table
  • Bring a water bottle/drinks (stay hydrated!)
  • Wear Sunblock (and possibly bug spray as needed)

A central Student Involvement/RSO Lead Team tent will be located on Wilkins Plaza near the clock. There, you can find our team to answer any questions. Our volunteers will also be walking through and checking in as needed to answer any questions.
