This technical bulletin is applicable to the following Condair sales orders in your territory:  778540
Overview
The initial ultrasonic units produced between 24 Jan. 2019 - 15 Dec. 2019 might have been manufactured with internal flexible hoses made from an incorrect material.  Over time, these hoses may degrade at an accelerated rate due to their hydrolysis properties.

  • 2586516 - US-7    [Hose qty: 1 of 2594409]
  • 2586517 - US-13  [Hose qty: 2 of 2594409]
  • 2586518 - US-20  [Hose qty: 3 of 2594409]
  • 2586519 - US-40  [Hose qty: 6 of 2594419]
Agent Action
The incorrect hose materials can be identified by their markings:
  • Incorrect internal flexible hoses are labeled with “PUR 350 AS”
  • Correct internal flexible hoses are labeled with “PUR 350 FOOD-AS”
If your unit contains the PUR 350 AS hoses, the hoses should be replaced at the next service interval.  Condair is offering replacement hoses free of charge until April 31, 2022.  These hoses can be ordered using the following part numbers below:
  • 2594409 - Flexible Tube (qty 1)
  • 2594419 - Flexible Tube (qty 1), (For remote blower pack installation)
