Commencement Weekend is May 2 - 4, 2025. It is time to start planning for this big event!
Most communication about Commencement will be shared via email. Please look for updates via email and read through all the messages, as they contain important information!

  • School of Nursing & Health Innovations Pinning Ceremony - 4:15 p.m.
Saturday, May 3, 2025
  • University ROTC Ceremony - 11:00 a.m.
  • Graduate School Commencement Ceremony - 1:00 p.m.
  • Baccalaureate Mass - 4:30 p.m.
  • Senior Toast - 5:45 p.m. 
Sunday, May 4, 2025
  • Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony - 11:00 a.m.

Tickets

Tickets are only required for the Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony. Undergraduates can order up to six (6) tickets for their guests. Students are responsible for ordering tickets for their guests on the Commencement checklist that will be released in February 2025. Students do not need a ticket for themselves; only their guests need tickets. Only students eligible to participate at Commencement will have access to ticket ordering. All seats are assigned and will be assigned at random. There is no cost for Commencement tickets.
There are no additional/extra tickets available. We encourage you to check with your friends for unused tickets.

Grad Fair 

Our Grad Fair is coming up! All soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to stop by for answers to questions or to purchase Commencement-related products. The Commencement staff will be available for your graduation questions. Please see event details below. 

When: Tuesday, February 18, 2025, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Where: Franz Hall Lobby
  • Get information about placing your cap and gown order and Commencement tickets
  • Order graduation announcements and rings
  • Have your senior portrait taken for The Log yearbook
  • Make your Senior Gift and learn about exclusive Senior Class events
  • Visit the Pop-Up Portrait Studio, where you can get your picture taken by a professional photographer:
    • Cap and gown photos - cap and gown provided
    • Professional headshots for use on LinkedIn - please dress accordingly
