A Voice for Students
Kayden Diodati ’23 never expected to become president of the Associated Students of University of Puget Sound (ASUPS), but now that he’s in office, he’s determined to help rebuild the in-person Logger community and advocate for student concerns and ideas. The California native first discovered Puget Sound while on a road trip with his dad and loved that the campus was small enough that he could be a person here and not a number. A double major in business leadership and politics and government, Diodati has worked as a resident community coordinator and campus tour guide, and has been active in Greek life. “I want every student to know that we’re here to support them," he says. "There are a lot of resources available through our student government, like ORCA cards, the emergency fund, and funding set aside for clubs. We’re here to serve them.”
