Prepare for Finals and Get Help with ProctorU

As finals for this semester are here, make sure all of your technology is working before you begin your tests. Test your technology before your exam starts– ensure your camera, microphone, web browser, and other components work well prior to your exam start time. If you need any technical assistance, you can email classhelp@utah.edu.
Before taking an exam using ProctorU, you must first sign up for an account and install the ProctorU extension to your Chrome browser. Because it can take up to 48 hours for new accounts to be approved, you should do this as soon as possible, well before your final exams, to ensure your test-taking experience is a smooth one.
View the ProctorU Setup for Students page for more information on how to install the extension and sign up for an account.
If you have any questions pertaining to ProctorU, enrolling in a ProctorU account, or technical questions about online finals, please email classhelp@utah.edu.
