True North 400 proudly participated as a silver sponsor at Roswell Inc.’s largest networking event, the Holiday Business Bash. This annual event brought together more than 200 attendees, including Roswell business owners, local professionals and community leaders. Hosted at the Roswell City Hall, this festive gathering also featured holiday tunes, delicious beverages and small bites from beloved local restaurants, creating the perfect atmosphere for connecting and celebrating the season.

The event was a tremendous success, and we were thrilled to support our community while fostering new relationships.

This month, the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce (GNFCC) Board gathered for the annual Planning Retreat at the stunning Barnsley Resort. The retreat provided an opportunity to reflect on the accomplishments of 2024 and set a visionary path for 2025.

As a member of the board since 2021, Kristin Winzeler, the True North 400 Deputy Executive Director, joined distinguished leaders, including GNFCC Chairman Emeritus Al Nash and Steve Stroud, also members of the True North 400 board, in meaningful discussions about the growth and development of our community. Together, they explored strategic initiatives to drive economic growth and improve the quality of life across North Fulton.

Exciting news for Alpharetta families! Construction of the highly anticipated Wacky World Playground at Wills Park is now scheduled to begin in 2025. The updated timeline is part of the City of Alpharetta's effort to maximize taxpayer value by consolidating all planned Wills Park improvements into a single contract. This decision, approved by the Alpharetta City Council in June, will streamline the project and reduce costs.

“We’re still all in on bringing Wacky World Next Generation to life,” said Morgan Rodgers, Director of Recreation, Parks & Cultural Services. “The new timeline ensures smoother project execution and cost savings for our community.”

The reimagined Wacky World Playground design was shaped by the ideas of local children and students, and the update is highly anticipated. For now, Wacky World Playground remains open, with regular inspections to ensure a safe experience for all visitors.

Discover Roswell like never before through the lens of local photographers! The "When in Roswell" Photography Exhibit presents 30 captivating images taken by members of the Roswell Photographic Society, celebrating the iconic locations and unique activities that define Roswell, Georgia.

This stunning exhibit, hosted in partnership with Roswell Cultural Arts and the City of Roswell, invites residents and visitors to explore the artistry and community spirit of this beloved city. Open until January 17, don’t miss this free exhibit highlighting the charm and character of Roswell!
