As Winter Break on campus approaches, we have a couple of reminders for parents and families.
Residence hall dates
Residence halls close at 9 a.m. on Friday, December 21. Students should plan to depart within 24 hours after their last exam. Residence halls will re-open at 9 a.m. on Sunday, January 20. You can view the current year’s online Academic Calendar, and for more information, contact Housing & Community at housing@denison.edu.
Transportation to and from the Columbus Airport
For students who need transportation to and from the Columbus airport for winter break, the university has partnered with the SHARE shuttle service.
Please encourage your student to sign up for a time slot as soon as possible.
Included below is some information that Denison sent to your student:
  • The university has partnered with SHARE for shuttle service, for a fee $10 one way and $19 round trip.
  • If you need a time other than those shuttles listed, or if you need a ride to the Columbus Greyhound Bus station, call SHARE directly at 833-742-7333.
  • Use your Denison e-mail address to receive confirmation and to use as your contact information for a dedicated SHARE representative in case of delayed or canceled flights.
