A reminder that your club's 4-H Charter must be renewed annually. Successful completion of the Charter renewal allows 4-H Clubs and Groups to continue using the 4-H Name and Emblem. The Charter Application will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. 2025-2026 Charter Application
