Meet Your Marketing and Communications Coordinator |

| I've always had a passion for empowering those around me to be the best versions of themselves.
This is only possible when you have a positive, supporting community as well as the resources needed to reach your goals. Within this new role for CHSS, I aspire to empower the Bearkat Community; students, faculty, staff, and alumni alike.
Together, empowered, and supported, we can continue cultivating a culture of belonging in CHSS, paving the way for students yet to step foot on SHSU's campus.

"I always knew I wanted to major in history, but I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted to do with it. I pretty much knew I didn't want to go into teaching so I was keeping my options open. It wasn't until I took the public history course that the department of History offers under Dr. Doleshal, that I really found a passion in going into public history."
