Karlington Anunagba
MEAN GREEN AT THE PARIS OLYMPICS
Friday marks the beginning of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. Five UNT alumni will be among the athletes competing for their native countries or working behind the scenes.
Meet Karlington Anunagba, representing his native country Nigeria as a member of its 4x100 meter relay team. Last year, the sprinter set a new UNT record in the 60-meter indoor race and broke the fastest time in university history for the 100-meter outdoor race, qualifying for nationals.
Check out the additional alumni participants, and Go Mean Green!

   NOISE NOTICE
UNT Facilities will be using a HydroVac for excavation work, which makes a great deal of noise when in operation, during the next two weeks. Expect to hear some construction sounds coming from the north side of the Physics Building and the south side of Curry Hall.
The excavation should be finished no later than Aug. 2. The new fire main line being installed will support a fire sprinkler system in the Physics Building.
