This Black History Month, we invite you to join the Black Former Student Network in supporting the next generation of Black Aggies. Our mission is simple: to create opportunities for Black students and alumni to thrive, lead, and make an impact.
Your contribution, no matter how big or small, helps us provide scholarships, mentorship, and resources to those striving for excellence. Together, we can make a lasting difference.

Β π Celebrate Our Pioneers! π
|
We celebrate the African American pioneers who, from 1963 to 1970, courageously forged a path for future generations at Texas A&M. Your strength and determination broke barriers, ensuring that every student, regardless of background, could find a place to thrive and be valued. Thank you for your lasting impact on the legacy of inclusion at A&M.
|
We strive to keep our page accurate and up-to-date, honoring the incredible pioneers who have shaped our community. If you believe weβre missing someone deserving of recognition, weβd love to hear from you. Please reach out to us at marketing@tamubfsn.org. Thank you for helping us celebrate and preserve our legacy.

Aggie Impact Foundation Excellence Award! ππ
|
The BFSN AIG Foundation Excellence Award is the first of its kind for Texas A&M University. Its unique characteristic is that it funds educational scholarships targeting deserving Black students. While BFSN is the operational and networking arm, the Aggie Impact Endowment is the funding arm providing scholarships for current and future students. The scholarships are presented through the Aggie Impact Foundation Excellence Award.
Your generous support will help fund another four-year endowed scholarship!
