the business into a large commercial printing company with regional clients. In 2009 Tracey purchased Target Copy from Mayda, making it a proud second-generation woman-owned business. With an eye toward growth and expansion, Target Copy acquired two additional entities under Tracey’s leadership: Lithohaus/Mailhaus in 2015 and Modern Mailers in 2016. This sparked the rebrand to Target Print & Mail, reflecting the extension into large-scale commercial printing and direct mailing services. For over 40 years, Target Print & Mail has been a community staple, and we can't wait to see how it will continue to thrive.

Kyndra Light owns Precision Building & Renovating and recently founded Gulf Coast Additive Manufacturing & Design, a company specializing in the support and application of 3D printing in the construction field. Kyndra believes this technology can solve the affordable housing crisis by producing durable homes quickly, cheaply, and more environmentally friendly than traditional construction methods. She took the first step toward this goal in October 2022 by producing the first 3D-printed house in Florida, located right here in Tallahassee's Griffin Heights neighborhood. On the horizon is a proposed mini-neighborhood of twenty 3D-printed houses that is sure to reshape our local housing market.
