Sunday, December 1st: Free Application for Federal Student Aid. The Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) announced that the 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) will be released December 1st. The outreach tools and resources that typically accompany the form will be released in advance and FAFSA processing will occur within one to three days of submission.
Tuesday, December 3rd, 7:00 p.m.: Figuring Out Your FAFSA®. SoFi is pleased to announce our Preparing for College Webinar Series for parents of college-bound students. This three part series will help prepare you with the information, insights and tools necessary to navigate college financing, and get ready to complete the FAFSA.
Wednesday, December 4th at 5:00 p.m.: Taking Care of Your Whole Self
Join us for an interactive workshop to learn how to support your overall wellbeing. Sam Bruce, Program Manager from Tulane’s Wave of Support, will guide you through tools and resources to help you find balance, connection, and meaning. Participants will explore the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, the importance of self-care, and how to ask for help to take care of their whole selves.

Each year, students from around the state audition to be apart of the Louisiana All-State Honor Band, made up of the best young musicians in Louisiana. Carson Vick & Jude Vignes were selected for the middle school symphonic band and Dalton Rousselle was selected for the high school symphonic band. Please join us in congratulating them on their remarkable achievement and wishing them the best as they represent our school.
