National Tournament Updates
|
Observer Policy Change » After assessing the competition spaces on the latest visit to Louisville, we have determined that limited observation of competition will be permitted. Observers with the appropriate ribbon who meet tournament policy surrounding vaccinations and masking will be permitted to enter and observe competition. The number of observers permitted per room will be limited to the number of chairs provided; seating will be limited. Observers will not be permitted in the University of Louisville dorm competition spaces. All health and safety mandates remain in place.
Vaccine Verification » All in-person tournament attendees must complete the vaccination verification process by May 15. Attendees will receive an email from VaccineCheck prompting them to complete the process shortly after their information is entered into the school's Tabroom.com registration. Please check your spam folder! All other individuals who are attending the tournament but are not a student or judge must be entered into the school's Tabroom.com registration at the bottom of the
Judges tab. This includes coaches, parents, chaperones, siblings, etc. This will allow us to prompt them to complete the verification and distribute the attendee ribbons required to enter tournament venues.
Note: Once an attendee has been verified, their status will be updated in Tabroom.com the next business day. Attendees are not marked as verified until they have completed all relevant steps, including reporting additional doses needed to be fully vaccinated, booster shots due before the event, or a negative test result for those who receive an exemption.
