FREE FIT TEST

Supercharge your Summer Results with a complimentary Fit Test. Meet with a Personal Trainer for a personalized body composition assessment and receive a few easy movements to map out your program. Book by June 15th to secure your spot. Fitness testing will be scheduled the week of June 17th-June 29th.

Summer Athlete Training Program

Summer is the perfect time to further develop the four pillars of athleticism;
Speed, Strength, Coordination and Agility. With the guidance of Certified Personal Trainer and Powerlifter, young athletes will be challenged weekly to learn, adapt and grow their athletic skills.
