Vashon Thriller The film Point Defiance, a new thriller shot entirely on Vashon Island, was a homecoming of sorts for producer Mark Sayre ’06. The film was shot on locations that included his parents’ waterfront home and Old Mill Road, and held its Pacific Northwest premiere at the Vashon Center for the Arts in March. It is now making rounds on the film festival circuit.
