Your Spring 2022 Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Status:

PROBATION

CONGRATULATIONS!

WHY:

You have met the conditions of your fall 2021 probation. Read more about SAP here.

WHAT THIS MEANS:

You’re academically eligible for financial aid; disbursements will depend on having a complete financial aid file, your EFC, and enrollment.
You MUST pass all spring 2022 classes with a grade of C or better AND with no grades of I, IP, EW, W, F, NC or NP, AND only take courses listed on your Student Education Plan (SEP). (Failure to meet these requirements will prevent you from appealing again and being eligible to be approved in the future.)
Please refer to your Financial Aid Award Letter to see what awards you are eligible for, and our disbursements page for important dates and information.

WHAT TO DO:

Keep passing all of your courses until your cumulative GPA & completion rate meet SAP.

WHAT ABOUT THE CALIFORNIA COLLEGE PROMISE GRANT (CCPG)?

CCPG is not affected by SAP; it has it's own requirements.
