Saving Homes Far and Wide
Did you know that Reinvestment Partners is the only HUD-certified housing counseling agency in Durham? Or that we serve over 20 surrounding counties?
Joyce Alston is a client who came to us from Warren County, which borders Virginia, after suffering a layoff. Today she's in her home thanks to our "professional, considerate and efficient" team.
This Fall, we completed interior renovations at The Mews, our 16-unit affordable housing project in Durham. Larry Troeller, our Real Estate & Construction Manager, supervised interior renovations of the two-bedroom units over 18 months. In October, we began exterior improvements such as paving, new windows, and landscaping. See the progress on Facebook.
