With the theme "Vision for STEM" seeing today's students as tomorrow's innovators, the USA Science & Engineering Festival returns to Washington, DC this April 25-26, 2020! Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in STEM activities, watch exciting stages shows, and connect with local and national organizations, colleges, non-profits, and government agencies.
AstraZeneca Powers the Next Generation of Scientists at USASEF AstraZeneca will serve as this year’s title sponsor at USA Science & Engineering Festival (USASEF)’s X-STEM symposium, building on the newly launched campaign, Generation Health: How Science Powers Us, and underscoring the company’s commitment to powering the next generation of science leaders. AstraZeneca’s presence at USASEF will include a hands-on mobile science lab, a booth designed to inspire young women interested in STEM, special emphasis on sustainability in science, and more.
3M Visiting Wizards Return to the #SciFest Stage! The 3M Visiting Wizards’ amazing interactive stage show will explore the mysteries of chemistry air pressure, sound, and the science of the ultracold and is patterned after the program's science learning kits. The 3M Visiting Wizards will be on stage both Expo days!
Inspire Educators Event, April 25, 2020
The Inspire Educators Workshops – presented by AstraZeneca and Discovery Education – is a special event for educators designed to inspire and equip teachers with the most current and innovative STEM learning tools for the classroom. Space is limited and registration is required.
