As our RTSWS cohorts wrap up their Fall Financial Literacy Workshops and Wall Street Experience Field Trips we turn our attention to the new year and our upcoming Spring Mentorship!

During the RTSWS Spring Mentorship, our students are paired with female financial professionals to work together on key career and university readiness skills. Mentors offer a firsthand insight into the professional world, guiding their proteges on savings, investments, interview skills, resume/CV preparation, professionalism, confidence-building, career interests and more!

Having a mentor can aid in developing your self-confidence, providing accountability for your goals and discovering your interests and professional aspirations. Our larger goal is to have our mentors and students stay in touch long-term as they graduate from high school, secondary school,
sixth form and beyond!

Many of our former RTSWS mentor and protege relationships have lasted for years, attesting to the effectiveness of a formal mentorship program.

Registration for the RTSWS Spring Mentorship is now open! We invite all female high school students at participating schools to enroll.

RTSWS High School Senior, Hana P., was honored with the Girl Scouts of Greater New York's Future Women of Distinction award in recognition of Hana's impressive work promoting financial literacy to youth in her community. This school year, Hana serves as one of our RTSWS Hunter College High School's Student CEOs.
