As we step into the new year, many people take time to reflect on their financial wellness and consider how to apply what they learned in 2025 to their 2026 budget. For some, this may look like packing lunches at home to avoid buying food on campus or investing in a coffee maker to cut down on impromptu stops at Starbucks or Blue Donkey.

What would 2026 look like if you stopped dieting and trying to change your body?
Let’s enter 2026 with goals that aren’t centered on weight like speaking more kindly to yourself, drinking enough water, getting adequate sleep, and eating foods that both nourish your body and bring you satisfaction.
Remember, your health journey is about so much more than trying to shrink your body.

Hollywood often romanticizes stalking behaviors in a range of different movies, from superhero films, such as The Amazing Spider-Man, to romantic comedies like You’ve Got Mail. Often, the perpetrator of these behaviors is seen as charming, devoted, protective, and thoughtful.
Movies provide the viewer with a window into the inner world of the character, which provides justification and understanding of these problematic behaviors.
