Two Major Milestones Celebrated in September

Collin College held a ribbon cutting for the Public Safety Training Center and broke ground on the Collin College Technical Campus in September, marking two milestones of its Master Plan. Collin College is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with events at the Plano Campus, the Frisco Campus and the McKinney Campus. National Hispanic Heritage Month runs from Sept. 15-Oct. 15, but Collin College events will extend throughout October.                                                     Read more

Cyber Security Conference Planned for Oct. 5 

Collin College will host the sixth annual North Texas Information Systems Security Association Cyber Security Conference, Friday, Oct 5 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. in the Plano Campus Living Legends Conference Center. The conference will benefit Collin College scholarships and will feature speakers, professional tips and opportunities from recruiters, hands-on training and networking opportunities for the 500+ attendees. Those interested should register at NTXISSA.org.

Community on the Quad: Trunk-or-Treat Planned 

The Frisco Campus will host Community on the Quad: Trunk-or-Treat Saturday, Oct. 27 from 5-7 p.m. on the Frisco Campus parking lot near Founders Hall. Bring your candy-loving, costume-clad family members to this free event.
