Register today before prices go up!

This year’s Together with Love Run/Walk is coming up on Sunday, February 11!

The event includes a 10K run (individual or 2-person team), a 5K run and walk, and a 1K Kids’ Fun Run.

You can register here. You can also buy a gift registration for someone, pledge a participant, or help us promote the event. The price is $38/person for the 5 and 10K through Feb. 2nd, after which it goes up to $42. The price on Race Day will be $45. All proceeds directly benefit MCRCC's programs.

Advocate Training begins March 17!

Gain valuable skills, be part of an awesome team, and empower survivors in our community! Become a certified Sexual Assault Counselor by completing our comprehensive training. Potential Advocates must apply (click here) and interview in order to be selected to participate. This Spring, training will be held from March 17 - April 17 on select Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm, and Tuesday & Thursday evenings. Early applications are appreciated and prioritized.

February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month

Teen relationship violence is more common than many people realize. Statistics tell us that one in three teens in the U.S. will experience physical, sexual or emotional abuse by someone they are in a relationship with before they become adults. Furthermore, nearly half of dating college women report experiencing violent and abusive dating behaviors. (Source: Loveisrespect.org).

One focus of the MCRCC My Life and MyStrength high school clubs is to educate teens about relationship violence, warning signs, and how to promote healthy relationships.
