What You Need to Know

Vaccination Requirement: UO employees and students received an email today with instructions for completing the UO vaccination requirement process by verifying they are vaccinated or requesting an exemption.
  • Employees are required to submit a secure online form. The deadline is August 13 for School of Law employees and September 17 for all other employees. For more details see the employee process page.
  • Students are required upload their records using the MyUOHealth portal. Student deadlines are August 13 for JD and LLM law students, no later than September 14 for students living in residence halls, and September 27 for all other students. For more, visit the student process page.

COVID-19 Cases

UO: There was one member of the UO community who tested positive or was considered presumptive positive in the past seven days (July 19-25).

Reminders

Testing: Free COVID-19 testing is available for all asymptomatic UO employees, students, and the Lane County community, Tuesday-Thursday at Matthew Knight Arena. See the website for details and please pre-register.
Prevention: The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to the virus. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention outline some general precautions to minimize the spread of respiratory diseases.
