We've heard that many of you are still working on your applications to present at the 2019 NSDA National Conference, so we're giving you more time. Share your proposal for a session, a round table discussion, or a panel before the new deadline on November 12.

How to Apply Prepaid Memberships to an Invoice

Some advisors opt to prepay student memberships for all or part of the year. These credits never expire and can be applied as needed. Once the prepaid membership invoice has been marked as paid, an advisor can apply the credit using the steps below.

From the “School Roster” student tab, click on the “Buy” button.
Next, toggle the button for each student’s membership you want to purchase so it includes the fee in the total.
Check the box, “Use Discount?” for each student you want applied to the prepaid amount (after checking the box, it will tell you how many you have used and how many you have left).
Create the invoice and proceed to checkout.
