We’re writing with an update on additional Commencement tickets.
If you requested one additional ticket through the Commencement Checklist, that request has been fulfilled. Your extra ticket will be seated with your original ticket allotment. Those who requested an additional ticket were notified on Tuesday, April 7.
We also have a limited number of additional tickets that will be distributed in two separate waves:
- First distribution: 100 tickets on Tuesday, April 21, from 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
- Second distribution: 100 tickets on Wednesday, April 22, from 8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
For each distribution, tickets will be provided one per student on a first-come, first-served basis until they are gone. You must be a registered graduating student to pick up a ticket, and you must bring a form of ID (government-issued or UP ID).
Ticket distribution will take place at the Chiles Center Ticket Office.
Please note that these additional tickets will not be seated with your original ticket allotment.
We have reviewed class schedules and selected these dates to minimize conflicts. If you have extenuating circumstances and are unable to attend either distribution, please reply to this email.
