Schedule overview:

Saturday, May 3, 2025

Graduate School Commencement Ceremony at 1:00 p.m.
Chiles Center

Doors open to the public at 12:15 p.m. No tickets are required.
Graduate degree candidates must be at Chiles Center at 12:00 p.m.
Cap and Gown is worn.
Students enter the building through the north doors, off Portsmouth Avenue.

Graduate School Reception at 2:30 p.m.
Pilot House

No tickets required.

Cap and Gown Pick-up

If you still need to pick up your Cap and Gown, you may do so at the Chiles Center North Concession Stand during the following times:

Thursday, May 1 from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 3 from 11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Know Before You Go

Please review the bag policy and security procedures for all Commencement events. We encourage guests to arrive well before the scheduled event start time to allow ample time to enter.
