Transforming Maternal and Child Health in Southeastern Ohio
We are proud to celebrate Arlene Dever, certified community health worker, and Christine Thomas, regional wellness program manager, for receiving the CareSource Community Impact Award – a recognition for their work to improve birth outcomes in Ross, Pike and Scioto Counties through the Healthy Start Program. This federally funded initiative focuses on reducing disparities in infant mortality, and improving maternal and child health by providing education, resources and support to women and their families.
We’re honored to extend our mission beyond central Ohio to achieve the best outcomes for kids everywhere. Congratulations, Arlene and Christine!

Provider Satisfaction Survey Open Now!
Partners For Kids is committed to improving the health of children through high-value, innovative care and community partnerships. Your feedback is important to help us enhance our services. Please completed this five-minute survey. Providers and practices affiliated with Partners For Kids for at least 60 days are encouraged to participate. Based on your feedback from previous surveys, we are making some important changes to the survey this year:
- We have decreased the number of questions to make the survey easier to complete for busy providers and staff.
- We will be sharing results with our providers and staff to close any gaps identified in the survey and share how we are using the results to make improvements.
As a thank you, survey participants will be entered into a drawing for a complimentary office lunch!

Help Families Find Care with the Mobile Health Locator App
The Mobile Health Locator app is a tool that allows patients to easily search for mobile health units nearby and access the care they need – wherever they are. These mobile health units are open to all residents and offer a wide variety of services, including adult and pediatric primary care, urgent care, testing and more. The app was created by the Central Ohio Mobile Consortium (COMC), a partnership between 10 central Ohio entities and health organizations that’s dedicated to breaking barriers and making high-quality health care more accessible to all. The app can be accessed at mobilehealthlocator.com or by searching Mobile Health Locator in your phone’s app store.
