ADVENTURES OF A HEMOPHILIAC
Chris Bombardier, a Colorado native and severe hemophilia b adventurer, is climbing Mount Everest: the world's highest mountain. At 14,590 feet taller than the highest peak in Colorado, this is the most challenging of the seven summits Chris will conquer. He previously climbed five highest peaks each continent holds including Mount Kilimanjaro, Aconcagua, Mount Elbrus, Denali, and Carstenza Pyramid.

GUTMONKEY|LEADING X
Chris Bombardier (Adventures of a Hemophiliac) works as a program facilitator at GutMonkey, empowering those with chronic health conditions through experiential learning.
GutMonkey's Leading X program is a weeklong backcountry adventure; challenging those who apply themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally on a trip they'll never forget.

HEMOPHILIA RESEARCH PROJECT
A local graduate student at the University of Colorado Denver developed a survey on current support systems hemophiliac children experience in schools.
The survey is 100% anonymous for each individual child and their unique experience. Results will be shared with Colorado Chapter National Hemophilia Foundation so we can further develop quality resources and programs to aid the bleeding disorder community.
Survey results due by MARCH 31ST, 2017
