CTO TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVE |
-
Net-new Data Coordinator and Long-Term Follow-Up Coordinator roles have been posted to enable our CRCs to focus on patient accruals and treatment. We encourage you to discuss these positions with CTO Leadership and apply if either of these roles align with your unique skillsets and interests.
-
Over 150 participants attended the Staff CTO Town Hall on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 to celebrate the CTO successes and provide updates on the progress of the transformation. CTO hopes that participants found the session valuable and had their questions answered.
-
Fifty-one trials have entered Fast Lane, 11 of which have been activated to date across the Lung, Breast, GU, Gyn, H&N, BMT, Skin, and ET disease teams. CTO thanks the cross-functional teams across UC San Diego for their outstanding efforts to prioritize these high-priority trials for Moores patients.
-
Several new process changes and technology improvements have been initiated. As of Tuesday, October 17, the PRMS Balanced Scorecard is being used to evaluate incoming protocols against Moores strategic priorities. A retrospective review of the active portfolio against the Balanced Scorecard is ongoing, with over 21 reviews submitted to date by several disease teams. An IS Prioritization Committee has been established to prioritize strategic technology initiatives generated at CTO. CTO thanks all PMs and members of the Process and Technology workstreams for their support of these initiatives.
- CTO encourages you to continue to work with your managers and share your feedback, as it helps inform future communications and upcoming Town Hall topics.
