Dear Cub Family,
Thank you to all who have expressed interest in my ULS Director's 100-Day Plan and participated in the corresponding Feedback Form.
Upon the initial distribution of the 100-Day Plan on June 3, more than 1,600 community members read my introductory email, and 589 more continued on to review of the plan. Last week, an additional 278 community members reviewed the plan, and 248 advanced to the Feedback Form. All total, 91 individuals began the Feedback Form, and 18 have already completed it, sharing valuable information.
As a reminder, the Feedback Form will be available through September 18, and the input shared will assist with my three main objectives for this period: Listen, Learn, and Lead. It is open to faculty, staff, parents, alumni, donors, friends and anyone who shares a vested interest in the success of our school and students.
I encourage you to participate. I want to hear from you. Collaboration and partnerships are the key to our success.
