For Service Unit Fall Product Managers:

Patches, ocelot plushes, and more will be coming soon! The Girl Scout rewards shipment is set to arrive to Service Units in December. Your Service Unit Fall Product Manager will be in contact once the items are received to arrange for pickup. Watch for more details on the timeline coming in the next In a Nutshell. 

All Girl Scouts (except Juliette's) who selected Fall FUNds will receive a Fall FUNDs card with their Fall FUNds on it. Juliette's who received a Juliette Program Credits card for participating in the 2023 cookie program will have their Snacks & Magazines program credits added to their existing card.  Juliette's who did not participate in 2023 cookie program will have a Juliette Program Credit card mailed to them.

Wild about Snacks and Magazines Bonus Reward Winners 

We are so proud of all the Girl Scouts who participated in the Snacks & Magazines program this year! Over 1200 Girl Scouts took on our mid-season challenge and increased their sales by $35 year over year (if a returning seller) or sold a minimum of $35 if a new seller. They will all be earning an exclusive vinyl sticker pack featuring our very own Olive the Ocelot. But wait, there’s even more fun coming your way – 20 of those Girl scouts were randomly chosen to win a Beanie, featuring our cookies mascot Bubbles the Axolotl. Congratulations to...

Winners have been alerted via email, and the Beanies will be shipped out next week. The vinyl sticker packs will be mailed directly to the Girl Scout’s address on file with River Valleys in December

Snack Payment Collection from Families 

Payment from families for snack order card sales can be made to the troop in several ways. Direct families to your preferred method: 

Venmo/PayPal/CashApp: Use one of these options to electronically transfer payment to the troop account. Reminder: use the friends and family option within the payment platform to avoid fees. 

Direct deposits into the troop account using a troop deposit ticket (be sure the family provides you with a copy of the receipt). 

Cash/checks turned into the troop. 

Track all girl payments in M2OS to keep tabs on any remaining funds due to the troop. Any remaining payments are due to the troop by December 4. 

Fall Product Survey 

We want to hear from you! Please complete our Fall Product Survey and help us learn about your experience with the Fall Product Program. This 2-3 minute survey will help us in improving our programming and resources. 

Right after the snacks arrive, Girl Scouts are eagerly awaiting their rewards. We have received an update from our reward vendor, M2 Media, and they anticipate the shipments will arrive around December 13. Watch for more details on the shipments coming in the next In a Nutshell. 

Reward Delivery Ticket 

On the M2OS homepage, go to Delivery Tickets (under the Product Management heading). You’ll be able to print the reward delivery ticket totals for the troop. 

Under Reward Delivery Tickets, scroll down to the Troop Tickets by Troop section. 

Choose your troop number from the drop-down menu or type it in the search box. 

Select Create Ticket. 

Print off the ticket for the total snack order by troop. 

Note: You can choose to print the tickets now or we’ll remind you later 😉.
