Run the Mile You are in...
During a run, sometimes I feel overwhelmed by the distance left to cover or an anticipated difficulty. Setting my mind on the specific mile I'm running helps me to focus on the here and now, the task at hand.
As we come on a year of managing this pandemic "race," many of us are worn down and worn out. So, I am trying to focus on today's effort and today's joys. I urge you to give yourself credit for the incredible work you do and I hope you find satisfaction from your efforts, today.
