Everybody loves a good ghost story! These railroad ghost stories are not horrifying but they can be scary and the best part is that they are good for all ages, and perfect for the Halloween season.
Kenneth Serfass has practical experience as a railroader for the Strasburg RR and the East Broad Top, so he prefers the old-time stories about steam locomotives and the great age of the iron horse. He will take the perspective as an old-time trainman and bring you along for some old fashion tales of specters and steamers. You will swear you can smell the coal smoke and hear the bells and whistles of locomotives long gone, leaving it to your imagination to get on board and connect with the other side, where history and story telling meet like two trains passing in the night.
Bring a lantern and your switch keys, and climb on board for the tale of the Phantom Brakeman and other railroad ghost stories.
