Wheat Ridge Creates Monthly Meetup

Wheat Ridge Creates Meet Ups

We meet monthly on the third Saturday of the month from 10-11:30am and continue to connect with creatives in our community and beyond.

May Meet Up

For May 18, we'll be meeting at Singularity Tattoo from 10-11:30am.  Join us to connect with other creatives, discuss living as artists, share creative opportunities and celebrate wins.  Singularity Tattoo will provide coffee from Stylus and Crate.  If you'd like to bring a snack to share feel free, lovely, but not required.
We had a great conversation at our April meeting about community collaboration for leveraging our creative input to guide the Wheat Ridge City Plan Steering Committee’s 20 year city plan to focus on the creative industries moving forward.  We discussed numerous exhibition opportunities, including: the Wheat Ridge Art League hanging at The Wheat Ridge Grange, The Wheat Ridge Chamber of Commerce joining the first Friday events happening on 38th Avenue, and four month hanging opportunities at Wheat Ridge Hospice.  Several artist’s said their sales there have been consistent. The ArtSpot Co-op will also be hosting two shows in 2024.  We look forward to seeing you on May 18.
BIG THANK YOU to everyone for your time, energy and enthusiasm. We LOVE building this creative community with you!  See you Soon!!
