Pond Rehabilitation Underway at Roswell Area Park
|
Exciting changes are coming to one of Roswell’s favorite outdoor destinations! The City of Roswell has launched a $3.1 million pond rehabilitation project at Roswell Area Park to restore aging infrastructure, strengthen the embankment and improve overall water quality and wildlife habitats.
To ensure safety during construction, the trail surrounding the pond is temporarily closed while crews complete erosion control and dewatering efforts. These enhancements are part of the City’s long-term commitment to keep Roswell’s parks safe and sustainable for generations to come.
Construction is expected to be completed by fall 2026.
