As cooler temperatures enter the region, it is the perfect time to head outside and get moving. Heat and humidity can be large barriers to physical activity during the summer months, so Be Well would like to provide some examples of how you can get your
150 minutes/week of recommended physical activity while on campus this fall.
Option One:
Monday-Friday: Walk for 30 minutes on your lunch break
Option Two:
Monday-Friday: Walk for 10 minutes mid-morning, 10 minutes on lunch, and 10 minutes mid-afternoon
Option Three:
Monday-Friday: Walk for 10 minutes before work, 10 minutes on lunch, and 10 minutes after work
Option Four:
Monday-Friday: Walk for 15 minutes on your lunch break and 15 minutes right after work
