Workshop – "I’m here, I know, I care": Looking for the Original Intent of Parents (Oct 16)
This workshop aims to support and empower parents of children aged 4-12. Professor Catherine So (UChicago PhD’07 Psychology) will help participants to learn fundamental parenting concepts to understand the purpose behind children's emotional behaviors and acquire effective response skills. The session includes redefining parenting attitudes, learning response techniques, managing misbehavior, and role-playing activities. Instruction will be provided in both English and Cantonese.
