Celebrated on May 12, Mother’s Day is a holiday dedicated to honoring motherhood and the influence of mothers in society. It is celebrated on different days in many parts of the world, most commonly in March or May.

Throughout the month, supporters actively participate in this national movement, dedicated to eradicating stigma, extending support, fostering public education and advocating for policies that prioritize the well-being of individuals and families affected by mental illness.

Wellness Center Study for Students
|
Seton Hall University is engaging in a continued study with the student body to better understand how the physical spaces on campus serve our students’ needs. Particular areas of the study include CAPS, Campus Ministry, Health Services, Bookstore and the Printing and Mail Room. If you would like to provide feedback as part of the Wellness Center Study, please fill out this questionnaire no later than May 10.

| Toth-Lonergan lecture
Spring Toth-Lonergan Lecture- What do our individual spiritual lives have to do with cultivating society aimed at the common good? Join Visiting Toth-Lonergan Endowed Professor Francesca Zaccaron, Ph.D., and the Center for Catholic Studies for this semester's Toth-Lonergan lecture, "Interiority as the Path to Democracy: Berdjaev and Lonergan in Dialogue." This event will take place on May 16 from 3:30-5 p.m. in the University Center Chancellors' Suite. Light refreshments will be served.

South Orange Police: Community Blood & Platelet Drive
The South Orange Police Department, partnering with RWJ Barnabas Health, invites you to participate in a blood drive scheduled for May 9th from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. This event will take place at the South Orange Performing Arts Center.

Conversations On Race: Disinformation
On May 14, Congregation Beth El will host a community conversation to gain understanding and develop collective action against the harmful effects on intentionally misleading, racially charged propaganda.
