NC Goes with Plan B for Schools; Will Remain in Phase 2 for Three More Weeks

Governor Roy Cooper announced schools will open for in-person instruction under an updated Plan B and that Safer At Home Phase 2 will continue for three more weeks. DHHS' Strong Schools NC Public Health Toolkit outlines the updated requirements for Plan B. Find all school's guidance here.

A statewide standing order was issued to decrease barriers to COVID-19 testing.

DHHS deployed 300 free testing sites in underserved communities, and those free community testing events are now underway. Find out where.
