You are invited to join us October 13th and 14th for a special online edition of the Protector User Group Meeting (PUGM). You may also choose to attend the introductory 'Protector 101' webinar on September 23 to get better acquainted with the system interface and its features before the meetings. For maximum flexibility, each session is a distinct webinar with a unique login.

'Protector 101', Wednesday, September 23, 2020 12:00 PM CDT: Join Christi Vanoye for this one-hour introductory training and system review in advance of PUGM. This session is perfect for first-time PUGM attendees, new users, and those who want a better understanding of the system.

'What's New in Protector' Tuesday, October 13, 2020 11:00 AM CDT: During this one-hour guided system tour, Christi Vanoye and David West demonstrate the newest Protector features and illustrate how these additions benefit your fraud management efforts through use case examples.

'Protector Tips & Tricks' Tuesday, October 13, 2020 1:00 PM CDT: Get insights from the Support team during this one-hour session as they answer the most frequently asked Protector questions and offer behind-the-scenes insight into the system's most useful features.

'Protector Roadmap' Wednesday, October 14, 2020 11:00 AM CDT: Join the development team for an all-access pass into Protector's history, current path, and future direction. Derek Drake and David Bastin lead this special one-hour session. You don't want to miss it!

'Protector Wish List' Wednesday, October 14, 2020 1:00 PM CDT: Get your requests and feedback ready for this ever-popular crowdsourcing event. If you don't have any enhancement requests, please join this session anyway so you can be a part of the discussion!
