Spring Mentorship sessions are well underway!

Students in RTSWS cohorts across the U.S. and Canada are building their resumes, LinkedIn profiles, confidence and practicing self-advocacy skills in a 2:1 student to mentor ratio.

Central High School (Short Hills, NJ)

During session #2, volunteers from Seelaus, a certified women owned investment management firm since 1984, provided Central High students tips on how to build their resumes. They began to organize activities and experiences throughout their lives that would be relevant additions for potential colleges and employers.

Lamar High School (Houston, TX - Virtually)

Before heading into breakout rooms during session #2 with volunteers from Invesco, Lamar High proteges and mentors paused for a quick virtual picture. 📷

Student CEO Instagram takeovers are back!
