The Condair ME/MC series humidifiers are equipped with magnetically driven impeller pumps designed to transfer water from the tank to the top of the media.
Please be advised that effective immediately, the pump service kit (P/N 1200710) is discontinued and no longer available. As a result, pump servicing using this kit is no longer supported.
In the event of pump failure, the complete pump assembly must now be replaced using the following part numbers:
P/N 1200273 – For ME units with system height ≤ 3000 mm (118")
P/N 1200565 – For XL ME units with system height > 3000 mm (118")
For maintenance planning purposes, the expected service life of these pumps is approximately 50,000 operating hours, depending on operating conditions and water quality.
We recommend updating spare parts strategies accordingly to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime.
